Pulley replacement
I'm working on a PCX JF28 here.
The structure is similar to other models such as the JK05, JF81 and JF56, so please use this as a reference.
If possible, replace the weight rollers, sliding pieces and the drive belt (replacement is recommended every 20,000 km).
Please replace him. The branch manager had a broken belt and only just managed to get home.

Crankcase removal.
Since some screws have different lengths, it is advisable to remember them or keep track of them by putting them in a box.

Please remove it using a pulley. It is tightened to a torque of 54 Nm and is therefore very tight. Be careful not to damage the threads.

Remove the drive pulley, the front plate, the pulley hubs, the weight rollers, and the sliding blocks. Hold the front plate and the pulley together while removing them to prevent the rollers inside from falling out.

Replace the drive belt now if necessary. Be sure to check that the belt is compatible with your vehicle! While it may be possible to install a different type of belt, this could result in a lower top speed or even belt breakage at high engine speeds.

The weight rollers must be correctly aligned. Mount them so that the stop side faces left (the side with the red line). If mounted with the exposed metal side facing the red line, both the pulley and the roller will wear out. In the worst case, this can render the vehicle inoperable. Therefore, proceed with caution. (This is because, when mounted in the direction of rotation, the rollers will rub against the pulley groove and thus wear out.)

Reassemble the parts in the same order in which you disassembled them. You may have difficulty getting the drive belt onto the pulley. If so, open the pulley on the clutch side, fully position the belt, and then secure it with a heavy-duty cable tie to allow some play on the pulley side. Be sure to pay close attention to the nut's tightening torque! (If it comes loose, the crankcase may need to be replaced.)

If the drive belt has become stiff due to prolonged disuse or has a crack, please replace it.
