How to fix whitening (discoloration) of unpainted resin parts
*Since a gas burner will be used, please make sure there are no flammable materials nearby, and work slowly and carefully, as applying too much heat will melt the material.

This is a demonstration using a 2020 PCX model (JF28).
This applies to other models such as the JF81, JF56, and JK05, so please use this as a reference.

The black stripes between the upper right side cowl and side step are uneven because I didn't use masking tape, and I stopped applying the torch at the last possible moment (this can be corrected later).
If you're still concerned afterward, applying something like Armor All can help prevent whitening for a longer period.
