【packing】 • Basic packaging is used. We may use compression bags or recycled cardboard boxes. Also, depending on the shipping method, items may be shipped out of their original boxes. In that case, we will wrap them in bubble wrap to prevent damage, so please rest assured. Tank decals and similar items will be shipped via services like Nekoposu, so they may be partially opened before shipping.

[Caution] Please be sure to check the product upon arrival! Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or requests after the product has been received if you do not contact us within one week of receiving the product. [Regarding shipping] If you choose standard mail (non-registered), tracking is not available, and there are no deliveries on weekends or holidays. For urgent requests, we can arrange for shipping via courier service, although this will incur an additional charge if you contact us in advance.
